  Ensure that the products are unopened, in their original packaging, and have at least 6 months remaining before their expiration date to qualify for a refund.

  Ship the Items

  Securely pack your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to send the package back to our distribution center.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
